Rental Policy

These rules are in place to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the beauty studio. Here are the rules and regulations customers are required to agree to:
1. Payment and Booking Policies:
- Customers must agree to the rental fee and payment terms, including any deposit requirements and cancellation policies. Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours after booking reservation to receive full refund. If the cancellation is not within the 48 hours after booking, a refund will NOT be granted. 
- Booking and reservation procedures should be followed, including start and end times for the rental.
2. Code of Conduct:
- Customers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while using the beauty studio.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction and forfeiture of any fees paid.
3. Facility Usage:
- The suite should be used only for its intended purpose, such as providing beauty or wellness services.
- Customers should not engage in any activities that could damage the property or equipment. If property is damaged a lawsuit will be filed. 
4. Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- Customers are responsible for leaving the suite in the same clean and tidy condition as they found it.
- Proper disposal of trash and used materials is mandatory.
- Personal hygiene standards should be maintained.
5. Security:
- Customers may be required to follow security procedures, such as locking doors and windows when leaving the suite.
- Reporting any security concerns or incidents promptly is typically expected.
6. Equipment and Supplies:
- Customers should use the equipment and supplies provided responsibly and report any malfunctions or damage.
- Bringing personal equipment may be subject to approval and safety checks.
7. Liability and Insurance:
- Customers may be required to have liability insurance to cover any potential accidents or damage that may occur during their rental period.
- The rental facility may not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Guest and Visitor Policies:
- Any guests or clients brought into the studio must adhere to the same rules and regulations.
- Overcrowding or exceeding the maximum occupancy is usually prohibited.
9. Compliance with Laws:
- Customers must comply with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
10. Termination of Agreement:
- The rental facility may have the right to terminate the rental agreement if the customer violates any of the rules and regulations.
11. Maintenance and Repairs:
- Customers should report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to the rental facility management.
12. Consent to Photography:
- Depending on the facility's policies, customers may need to provide consent for any promotional or marketing photographs taken during their rental.
13. Accessibility:
- Customers may need to ensure that the studio is accessible to individuals with disabilities in compliance with applicable laws.
14. Compliance with Dress Code:
- "Dress how you want to be addressed." Please wear professional attire. If you are unsure of what to wear all black is the professional norm for the beauty industry. 
It's essential for ALL customers to carefully read and understand these rules and regulations before agreeing to rent a beauty suite or booth. Violating these terms may result in penalties, eviction, or legal action.
Additionally, customers should ask any questions they may have and seek clarification from the rental facility if needed before signing any rental agreements.
